As prescribed by Private Security Agency Law, Security Guard applicants are subject to physical and mental examinations. Passing all the pre-employment processes, a guard applicant is subsequently subject to a thorough background investigation.

List of Provisions and Benefits provided to Security Officer and Guards

• All employed Security Guards/ Officers are paid according to latest DOLE Mandated Wage Order.
• All Government mandated benefits due to Guards are dutifully provided to all, including 13th month pay, 5 days incentive, leave with pay etc.
• Two (2) sets of complete uniforms are issued annually every anniversary hiring date of each Security Personnel.
• All Guards/ Officers are insured under Group Life Accident Insurance produced by the agency.
• Bereavement pay of One Hundred Pesos (P100.00) per actual Guard employed is provided to Deceased Guards nearest of kin (P100.00x no. of personnel).
• Guards Salary is released to Ultracore ATM Payroll System (BPI) regularly every 10th and 25th of the month with corresponding Electronically generated pay slips.
• Security Personnel is provided annually with Firearms proficiency and marksmanship to upkeep their skills in Handling Firearms.
• Guards, Security Personnel are given overtime pay for work rendered beyond 8 hours computed at government DOLE rate Computaion.
